Membership Policy

Health + Glow memberships have a 6-month minimum contract. Cancellations prior to the end of the 6-month contract will be charged the retail price differentiation of redeemed services.

Florida State sales tax will be added to all memberships. Gratuities are not included. Unused membership services will rollover to the next month for a maximum of 2 months before expiring. Members are entitled to freeze their membership for up to 60 days for a cost of $20 per month.
