By detecting potential health issues early, employers can provide necessary accommodations and interventions. Our comprehensive screenings, including Occupational Health Screening and Multi-Panel Drug Screening, cover vital signs, vision and hearing tests, mental health evaluations, musculoskeletal examinations, drug tests, and more. We also offer tests required by regulations for certain positions. Prioritize employee well-being and workplace safety with our pre-employment health exams at Health + Glow.

3 Reasons Employers Should Conduct Employee Health Exams

  1. Promote high standards of safety
  2. Lower workers’ compensation rates
  3. Comply with regulations

Pre-employment health screening and physical exams

At Health + Glow, we offer two main types of pre-employment health screenings and physical exams. These are:

  • Occupational Health Screening
  • Multi-Panel Drug Screening

OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH SCREENING

An Occupational Health Screening helps to determine a candidate’s physical fitness for a job. This includes a physical exam and options to include blood work and multi-panel drug test options.

MULTI-PANEL DRUG SCREENING

A Multi-Panel Drug Screening tests for any combination of drugs and includes blood, urine, hair and breath tests. Employee drug testing is important because it can prevent drug use on the job, reduce turnover and absenteeism and safeguard your critical business assets and operations.

WHAT TESTS DOES A PRE-EMPLOYMENT HEALTH SCREENING INCLUDE?

A pre-employment health screening at Health + Glow in Tampa, FL may consist of some or all of the following:
